1. Scope of services

Grow2Guide offers professional services designed to elevate behavioral health operations. Our current service offerings include:

• Fixed-fee consultation packages
• Organizational assessments and gap analysis
• Individual clinical mentoring and staff training
• Workforce learning modules
• Ongoing advisory retainers

2. Client responsibilities

For the success of our collaboration, clients agree to the following:

• Provide factual accuracy in all data and documents shared.
• Timely approvals of project deliverables and milestones.
• Appropriate staffing and resource allocation for implementation.
• Ongoing operational compliance within their own organization.

3. Fees & payment

Standard payment terms are structured as follows:

• Under $5,000: Full payment required to confirm scheduling.
• $5,000–$15,000: 50% deposit / 50% upon completion.
• Over $15,000: 40% deposit / 30% milestone / 30% completion.
• Retainers: Monthly in advance.
• Travel: All travel expenses must be approved by the client before booking.

Refunds for digital products and consulting are handled as described on our Refunds page.

4. Timelines & change orders

Projects are subject to standard timeline management:

• Client-caused delays will result in an equitable extension of the delivery timeline.
• Requests for new locations, programs, or different licensing authorities require a written rescoping and additional fees.
• Includes one comprehensive review round per major deliverable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project agreement.

5. Educational resources & licenses

Grow2Guide digital products, including the Behavioral Health Guide for employees - Why do we do it this way?, are sold as individual educational licenses. They are not intended as certification or employer-specific mandatory training. Content may not be redistributed or white-labeled without express written consent.

6. Outcomes & no guarantees

While we provide expert guidance to prepare your systems, final licensure, certification, or accreditation decisions belong solely to the responsible authorities. Grow2Guide does not guarantee any specific outcome from third-party audits or surveys.

7. Confidentiality & materials

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive proprietary information. Grow2Guide retains intellectual property rights for the underlying methodologies and frameworks used in service delivery.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service provided. We maintain professional service standards but do not accept liability for operational failures or regulatory actions taken against the client organization.
