General
The basics about who we are and who we work with.
What is Grow2Guide?
Grow2Guide is a Nevada-based consulting practice founded by Sara Tudor, LMSW, CSW-I, CADC-I. Our focus is behavioral health agencies and programs — start-up programs, compliance, and workforce learning. We also offer practical resources for employees and staff in inpatient and outpatient services to grow as individuals and professionals. For professionals who support families and young people, we offer a strengths-based handbook that supports reflection, connection, and breaking generational cycles.
Who is Grow2Guide for?
Three audiences: behavioral health agencies and programs that need an organizational assessment or infrastructure built from the ground up (Services); individual employees — such as case managers, BHTs, MHTs, and support staff — looking for practical guides and growth opportunities (Guides); and professionals, caregivers, and program teams looking for a strengths-based approach to supporting families and young people (Start from scratch).
Is Grow2Guide's work legal advice?
No. Grow2Guide provides educational consulting and implementation support — not legal advice. Licensure, accreditation, certification, and audit outcomes are never guaranteed.
Where is Grow2Guide based?
Grow2Guide is founded and based in Nevada, and we deliver services nationwide — tailoring our guidance to match each state's local licensing and regulatory requirements.
Organization services
Tier 2 assessments, Tier 3 build-out, and how a consultation works.
What's the difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3?
Tier 2 (Organizational Gap Assessment) is for organizations that already have policies, procedures, and systems in place — we assess what's working, what's missing, and what to prioritize next toward growth, licensing, and/or accreditation. Tier 3 (Build, Maintain, Support) is for organizations building infrastructure from the ground up — we build the policies, workflows, forms, and staff resources, and help you put them into practice. See the full breakdown on the Services page.
What does a Tier 2 assessment include?
You provide your existing policies, procedures, forms, workflows, and organizational materials, and we assess where you stand against licensing and accreditation requirements, whether policies reflect day-to-day operations, documentation and compliance gaps, and what to prioritize before your next survey or renewal. You receive a customized evaluation and prioritized roadmap.
What does Tier 3 build?
Building your program or agency from the ground up — which can include hiring support, policies & procedures, program manuals, forms & documentation, clinical & operational workflows, QA/CQI and KPI systems, staff training structures, audits, risk management, and licensing & accreditation readiness — plus support putting it all into day-to-day practice.
Does an assessment or build-out guarantee licensure or accreditation?
No. Scope varies by organization, program, jurisdiction, and applicable requirements. This work does not guarantee licensure, accreditation, certification, or audit outcomes.
What happens during a consultation?
Three steps: review Tier 2 and Tier 3 to see which matches where your organization is today, schedule a consultation to discuss your program, timeline, and goals, then decide together whether — and how — we're the right fit to work together.
What is the intake quiz for?
The short intake quiz helps us understand your role, focus area, and practice setting ahead of time, so our initial conversation is more focused and useful for you.
Digital guides
Downloadable PDFs for clinicians, new managers, and direct-care staff.
What are the downloadable guides?
Two PDF guides: the Behavioral Health Guide for employees - Why do we do it this way? and the Supervisor Guide - How do I supervise employees effectively — each $67. See details on the services page.
Can I buy both guides together?
Yes — the bundle is $99 (versus $134 separately) and includes both PDFs.
How do I receive my guide after purchase?
Payment is processed securely via Stripe, and the PDF is emailed to you after purchase.
What if I don't receive my PDF?
If you haven't received your PDF within 15 minutes of confirmed payment, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll resend or resolve it promptly.
Start from scratch
A strengths-focused, culturally responsive handbook for professionals who support families and young people.
What is Start from scratch?
"Start from scratch" is a short, strengths-focused and culturally responsive handbook for professionals who support parents, caregivers, and young people. It offers practical language, reflection prompts, and tools for support conversations.
How much does it cost and how is it delivered?
Final pricing and delivery details will match the live Amazon listing once it is ready.
Payments & refunds
How billing, cancellations, and refund requests work.
What's the refund policy for digital products?
Because files can be copied once delivered, refunds are reviewed case by case. Refunds for duplicate purchases or delivery failures are typically honored; requests after a successful download may be declined, except where required by law. Full policy on the Refunds page.
What about consulting deposits and session fees?
The initial consultation is a free 30-minute call — no deposits or fees required. If you move forward with an engagement, deposits and session fees follow the written agreement for that work, and unused prepaid sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Privacy & legal
Where to find our full policies.
Is my information kept private?
See our Privacy page for full details on what we collect and how it's used. For agencies engaging Tier 2 or Tier 3 services, a mutual NDA is signed at the time of contracting.
